The photos of Daylight Images were taken by Steve Barry, who has been an active photographer since 1975. Steve will shoot anything on rails in North America, and he has been published numerous times. He estimates that he has 140,000 slides in his collection, and since converting to digital photography in 2006 he has accumulated over 10,000 more photos. He is managing editor of Railfan & Railroad magazine and has written three books.
